Bigfoot Takes Manhattan. MPI to Screen WILLOW CREEK

When I was a wee lad, I would venture to the local library to read books about Bigfoot and glance over photographs of the Patterson footage. I wanted to camp in areas where these monsters were spotted and capture one on film. (I wasn’t very popular with the girls.)

In the film, Jim Kessel has an interest in Sasquatch. He travels with his girlfriend to where the Patterson-Gimlin encounter occurred, in hopes of catching a glimpse of the creature. Alone in the black wilderness, terror ensues.

The film is written and directed by Bobcat Goldthwait and stars Bryce Johnson and Alexie Gilmore

Bobcat Goldthwait describes the film as ‘The Blair-Squatch Project’.

‘Willow Creek’ will screen at the IFC Center in New York City on June 6th with a theatrical rollout and VOD release date to follow.
