The Remedial is an American Gothic ghost story that follows Margaret, a pregnant woman living with and tending to her injured husband Roy in their Appalachian home. One evening, Margaret’s home is visited by Esme, a sick young woman who became separated from her horse while riding east to visit relatives. Sympathetic, Margaret takes Esme into her home. In spite of her sickly nature, however it becomes clear that there is more to Esme than meets the eye, and events start to occur that lead Margaret to fear for her own life and that of her unborn child.

The Mouse...VP/co-owner of LC Films, Editor-In-Chief of LeglessCorpse.com...just your average guy with what is most likely an unhealthy affinity for horror movies, sci-fi, superheroes, bacon, old cartoons and horror movies. Oh, I almost forgot, I really dig horror movies; new ones, old ones, it matters not; I love 'em. Husband, father, veteran and scribbler. I like bacon as well. The Mouse abides 😉
